Window attachment point to channel slide counterbalance

Question

Trying to order replacement fully assembled channel kits or at least replacements for these connectors at the bottom of the slide. These are B&R widows marked B&R F0107. The slide connector has patent number 4610108 on it. The height of the shoe is 1-1/4 inch, the width of the shoe is 1 inch. The channel slide is 1/2 inch wide and ribbed, though it's not apparent that it needs to be ribbed.

We can help you replace this balance, but it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you show us a picture of the stamp printed on the metal channel as well as the metal clip or hook at the end of the cord? Can you also tell me how many of these you need? Once we have this information, we can work on setting up a special balance order and price quote for you.
