Window bakance

Question

Metal to metal length is 15 inches. Balance width is 15 inches. There is a stamp number of 1420. I am not sure what series this is. So I am sending pictures for you to identify. Sorry. I don't have any pictures with the old balance installed.

Hi there!

This appears to be the S380-15 or S385-15, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine a match. You can also select the 1420 stamp option.
