Thanks for getting back to us. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-16 or S385-16 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. 

You'll also need 1530 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

I received new S385-16 option 1510. after replaced with new one window is keep coming dowm to close position. it does not hold. why does this? i am thinking maybe spring is too weak? advice please.

You would need 1530 strength options based on the 15 3 stamp code on your original balances, which will support a sash between 10-12 pounds. The 1510 options you purchased will only support a 4-6 pound sash, which is why your window will not stay up. Our return policy can be found here to send back the balances you purchased.
