Window balance
We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need?
I'm afraid we cannot replace the nylon take out clip you showed us. We've tried many different parts but nothing has worked. I am sorry we cannot offer anything better.
I need six of them
Would you know where I can get those take out clips? Do you have any tricks to get the window in and out without the takeout clips

I'm afraid I have no idea who might have these take out clips. They haven't been made in a long, long time. The only short-term trick I can think of is installing a screw around where the old take out clip went. You want the screw to stick up just a little bit, enough to catch the balance top. Once the balances are out and replaced, you can just uninstall the screw. It's not elegant, but it works. Sorry we can't offer an easier solution.
