Bob from SWISCO responded:

Please confirm that the metal channel is 34" long, not including the nylon attachments at either end. If so, see either our S380-34 or S385-34. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 3350.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

The recommendations Bob gave earlier still apply here and you will still need to measure the bottom shoe in order to determine which series balance you need.

Once you determine which series balance you need, you will select the 33 inch balance with the 3250 stamp option.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

A home owner from Bentonville says:
Actually I posted the stamp wrong and the length of my balance is 33 inches with stamp of 32 5.
