Window balance.

Hello. I'm wondering what part and accessories I need to fix the window balance. I think there is a white cap that's not part of the window balance that broke also. I noticed this has 5 numbers and not sure what they mean. Everywhere I look on the website mentions 4 numbers

Thanks for writing in. Can you provide us the length of the metal channel, minus the fittings? Your balance's stamp code is a little strange to us. Can you provide us the exact weight of the window sash? That would help narrow down the correct stamp option. Many thanks.

It's 28 inches long and a little over half inch thick. I don't really have anything to weigh the window sash. Here are more pics.

They are aluminum windows also. Older windows.

Don't worry, I think we have this figured out--on closer inspection, I don't think your stamp code is that unusual at all! So this either a S351-28 or S390-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need to pick a stamp option; you should be fine using our 2720. Let us know if you have any other questions.
