Window balance

There are two coiled springs and two holders found approximately one half way up the left and right sides of the window sashes. Each coiled spring appear to be broken. I need the coiled springs and the holders, as the holders appear to be cracked. There is a number stamped inside the holder. That number is H65 34/5M.
