Trying to figure out how to order replacement parts. Two of my windows have broken balances. Above are pictures of the removed balances. Thanks!

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see clear photos of both the top and bottom attachments on your balance channel to compare to our replacement options. Thank you!

It looks like you could have either our S351-32, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-32, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 3130 spring strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!

Thank you for your help. I was able to purchase and install the balances. When installing my balances, I did break one of the plastic pieces on the side of the window that the balance slides into. Do you sell those replacement parts?

It sounds like you might be referring to the top sash guide. We do carry them, but we would need to see an undamaged guide removed from the sash, along with dimensions, to recommend a replacement.
