Window balance

Question

I am looking for the piece with the round end, where the window pain sits in.  Is it available or do I need to buy a new balance.  This is on the left side of a single hung tilt out window.

Hello! That piece would be the pivot shoe. Yours in particular is the 15-180, which should be fully compatible with your existing springs and pivot bar.
