Window balance

Question

Hi there, we are trying to replace our window balance spring sash thing. We have held wen windows and the stamp reads 26-12 HH5 CMC 5 but on all the replacement sites it says to measure the metal and the metal measures 27 inches. Anyway can you help me figure out one one we need?

26-12 is a very peculiar stamp. This may be a special type of balance, but before I say anything for sure I would like to see a photo of the bottom nylon fitting. Your photos only show the top. If possible, please also measure the depth of the bottom fitting and write out what you get for me to review.
