A home owner from Alpine, TX says:
The windows are ALENCO 1/2" insulated glass
Channel (only) dimensions are 28" and 22"
The 28"channel is marked (27c)
The 22"channel is marked (2120)
The sash dimensions are 33"Wx29"H and 21"Wx23"H
I included photos from your site to confirm identification
I would need 4 of each thanks

Hello,

I agree that you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.

You'll also need a 2730 spring strength option for your 28" replacement balances and 2120 options for the 22" balances. Thank you!

Thanks for all the help? The bottoms are definitely 1 1/8" so I assume I need to order 4 of the s390 with 2120 Spring Strength .? And 4 of the s390 with 2730 Spring Strength ??

That would be correct. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Ok, how do I order 4 of each?

Thank you so much Casey for all the help turns out all the clips at the top of the sash are gone. Also, I can't seem to find them on the website. Maybe these photos will help, thanks again

It's tough to make out accurate dimensions from photos but I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 18-166, 18-009, and 18-127 top sash guides to yours. If you notice any discrepancies, please write-out your exact measurements and we can go from there.
