We can help replace the balance shown in your photos but it would need to be a custom order due to the configuration. Can you tell me how many you'll need? I can draft a price quote once I have that.
I'm afraid you can't repair your balance if it's broken so you would need a new one. What I'll do now is email you an order link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our website.
Just note, the bottom fitting on our balance will have a somewhat different design than your original fitting, so don't be worried! It will still work regardless.

I'm afraid it isn't. You can't repair or replace just the pulley cord, unfortunately. If yours is broken, you would need all new balances.
Yes, we're confident our replacements will work. They'll just have a different design as we discussed earlier.
