I am looking for a replacement window balance. The stamp on the part says 32-5 FG5 CMC 54. Pictures for the broken part is attached.

We appreciate you reaching out to us. This balance is too damaged to identify, unfortunately. In order for me to help, I would need you to remove an undamaged assembly from the window along with the end fittings intact.

Thanks for getting back to me, Albert. I'm afraid these new photos don't tell me anything new. I'm confident we can help but I'll need to see photos of an undamaged bottom fitting to determine exactly what you have here.
