Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help supply replacements for the balance in your photos but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Your metal channel should also measure 33-7/8" long, not 34", so you may want to double-check this just to be safe. 

I'd be happy to get this moving for you but I'll need to see an undamaged version of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord. Can you also tell me how many balances you need?

Thank you for confirming! I'm afraid this clip is still too damaged to identify. I know it's a small part but its shape and identity is a crucial detail that we can't move forward without. Is there a balance with a metal clip that's in better condition we could see? 

Would it be possible for us to see a photo of the clip from the underside?

The clip in this new batch of photos appears to be on a different type of balance. We really need to see the metal clip at the end of the cord on the extended-travel channel balance. You can use the image below as a reference for what type of angle we're looking for. 

Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund so I just want to make sure we're thorough so we can get you the proper replacements for the job. We truly appreciate your patience with this. 

I'm sorry but I'm confused. The clip in your original batch of photos has a flat tip but the clip in these new photos has a pointed tip. I've attached photos below to show the differences. 

These clips aren't interchangeable which is why it's very important that we see an undamaged version of the "flat" clip in your first batch of photos. We won't be able to move forward without it and can't give a lead time until we identify what you specifically have.
