Want to know which one should I buy to replace my current one, the only number that I can find on it says 20 3 BS1 TC, see attached photo.

What you have here is an extended travel channel balance that features a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 20-5/8". We can definitely help but it will have to be a custom order due to these details.
