Window balance

A quick learner from Oregon says:
Can you please help us determine which window balance to purchase to replace this one? The window says EPI. It's on the left side of the window. Thank you!

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review, are you able to show us closer images of the top and bottom nylon attachments? From there we can narrow down the series of balance for your window. Thank you!

Thanks for your response. Are these photos helpful?

Thanks,
Joey

Thank you for the additional pictures!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 29" long and you will need a 2830 stamp option.

Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
