Window balance

Hello there. That label likely won't be useful--with a few exceptions, these parts are generic and used across brands. If these are spiral balances though, I'd like a few more details. First, please confirm the length measurement is of the outer tube, up to and not including the colored tip or bearing from which the inner spiral rod protrudes. Is this for a tilt or non-tilt window? Can you show us a picture of the bearing or tip from which the rod protrudes? We may have more questions from there, but that will help narrow down your options.

If this is a tilt window, then my recommendation would be our S900-30. We don't sell any balance with a tube length that measures in fractional increments, but you should be okay rounding up to the next inch.

Your next step should be too look over the S900-30 and see how well it compares to your original hardware. If it's not a match, or if you aren't sure, please submit a photo of your actual balance. That would be the most helpful detail at this stage to allow us to confirm whether our hardware will match. Information found on labels like this aren't usually relevant, but hardware never lies.
