Theirs is also a marking / stamp that says 'a3210' which I also included n the pics .

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like it could be our S351-33 or S390-33 channel balance. You'll have to measure the bottom fitting as shown below to determine the best match. I also recommend you select the 3210 stamp option for your replacements.
