Window balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the stamped number on the balance doesn't tell us what you have. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show us clear and up-close photos of the top and bottom fittings? May we see a photo of the stamp as well? Can you also weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the weight?
