Window balance

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. The stamp on the metal channel doesn't help us ID the balance so we'll need more information. Can you remove your balance and show us photos of the top and bottom fittings? Can you confirm the depth of the bottom fitting as well?

We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.
