Window balance

We should be able to supply this balance, but there are a couple details here that make me hesitate recommending one of our stock assemblies. I have a sneaky suspicion that this might be a custom setup.

Before we go any further, would it be possible to see an undamaged version? I specifically need to see the connection point between the spring and the pulley block. Yours has become detached, but the way they attach is supremely important and will influence how we move forward. Thanks!
