Window balance

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't identify your balance from these photos. Can you remove it from the window and show us photos of each end of the balance? 

This balance appears to be damaged. It should use some type of attachment or pivot shoe, as well as a clip attached to the end of the pulley cord. If there's an identical window in the house with an undamaged balance, we can use that as a reference. 

Thank you! Our Series 770 uses the same terminal clip as your old balance. Your stamp doesn't match any of the options we have for the S770, so you'll also need to weigh the window sash on a scale to select the correct option. There's a chart under the Series 770's product description that will help you select a stamp option depending on the weight of the window sash.
