To further review, are you able to show us a clear image of the pivot shoe that the coil springs are attached to? If you have an undamaged version on the other side that would be best to see? Please also provide a picture of the pivot bar at the bottom side of the sash that engages with the pivot shoe in the window channel. 

From there we can get a clearer idea of the style you need for replacement. Thank you!

With the pivot shoe broken, I cannot fully confirm, but I believe your window uses Certainteed parts. Are the pivot bars on the bottom of the sash missing completely or would we be able to see the style of these bars? This detail will help us solidify our recommendation. Thank you!
