Window balance

Question

I have old Lawson windows the window sash weighs roughly 36 pounds. I believe it is the 390 series but I am not sure. Please advise. Also need the top sash guide as well.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! Your balance has winged top and bottom attachments so the S385-36 should be the replacement you need. It has a 1-3/32" shoe depth.

Our 3560 stamp option should work fine to replace your existing stamp. It will support a sash weighing between 35 to 39lbs.
