Window balance

Question

Hi

I have 2 windows that the tenant broke and i need to replace the window balance. I need 2 per window L and R

the sash reads 23 3 GT CMC 4

I have attached photos, it is 1/2 wide and metal track end to end is 24 inch.

if you can please get back to me asap that would be great

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 351 or our Series 390.

Now, as you can see, the only difference between these two Series is their bottom shoe. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.
