Window balance 11600-17, 9#31

Question

HI-Could you please tell me which window balance mechanism will replace one stamped with 11600-17 and E27 9 #31 6 85? There are 2 balances per window, are they the same part? Thanks very much for your help, and Happy Holidays.....Regards, Greg

Please take a look at the Andersen 24-939 Sash Balance. This appears to be the replacement for your balance stamped "9#31."
