Thanks for your post! I'm confident we have the replacement match for this window balance. Although, to determine the best replacement match, I will need to see a photo of the bracket/metal piece connected to the bottom of that spring, inside the channel.

Thanks for the photos. Your balances can be replaced with either the S351-26 or the S390-26. To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to confirm the shoe depth.

Our 2550 stamp should work in place of your 25-5 stamp. It will support a sash weighing between 25 to 28lbs.
