We'd eb happy to look into this for you but we'll need more information to get started. Your photos show that you have extended travel balances, which we can supply through a custom order. To identify the correct replacement, we'll need to see the clip attached to the end of the pulley cord. We'll also need to know the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. 

As for your stamp code, it looks like the 42 may have been etched over the original stamp, which looks like it may be 34. I'd recommend checking the balance on the other side of the window to see if the original stamp is legible. If not, we'll need to know the exact weight of your window sash to determine the spring strength needed for your replacements. Thank you!
