Window balance: "26 3 DU CMC 4"

Hi,

My window balance is broken, and its code is "26 3 DU CMC 4." I included a few photos. Can you recommend the right part? I may need to buy two. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for the balances you have but I'll need to see a clearer photo of the bracket installed at the center of the balance.

I see it here in the photos but it is difficult to make out its shape, even when zooming on the photo. This bracket typically connects the pulley system to the spring in the center of the balance.

Thanks for the photos! Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe depth or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe depth. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your shoe.

You'll need the 2630 stamp option.

Thank you. I just purchased two parts of S385-27 with the 2630 stamp option. Hopefully it's correct!
