Hello, Roberta. I believe you could have either our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance, I'm just not sure which. The only difference between the two is the size of the shoe. You will need to measure yours to confirm the better match.

Thank you, what is the shoe? Is the shoe part of the window, or the balance?

The shoe it the bottom fitting of the balance. Take a look...

Comparison of 15-004 and 15-005

The Series 385 balance uses the 15-004 and Series 380 balance uses the 15-005.

I think you have the Series 380 balance with the 15-005 shoe, but it's hard to tell because they are so similar.
