Home built in 2000. Alenco is only brand visible on the window - on latch.

i also have a smaller window with a 1520 balance. i assume two. haven't taken it apart yet.

Thanks for posting. For the balance stamped 2730, see the S395-28 Channel Balance. For a stamp option choose 2730. For the balance stamped 1520, if the attachments are the same as the other window, then go with the S395-16.
