Hello,
We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged balance assembly fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Please make sure to include the top and bottom fittings, as well as the metal hook at the end of the cord. From there, we should be able to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!
