Window balance 30 in

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2950 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

You'll need to measure the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the photo from our last response. That is the only measurement that differs between the S380 and S385. Just make sure you start at the wing and measure straight back to the rounded portion of the fitting.

Not unless there are additional broken parts in the window. If the balances are the only problem, then you should be good to go. 

I suspect you may have something like the 18-161 top sash guide but you'll need to remove yours from the window sash and compare the specifications to confirm.
