Window balance 30 inch stamp r 29-5 winged : SWISCO.com

Trying to replace some window balances. They are chanel balances for a non- title windlow and are 30 inch long and 5/8th wide. The stamp on the bottom front is "r 29-5". It is a block and tackle connector. The ends are winged.
Which window balance should I buy?

Perfect, thank you! Our S377-30 with the 2950 stamp option looks like a match. This comes with the 19-018 top fitting and 15-005 1" deep shoe. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.

Good morning,
It seems that I am now in need of the plastic pieces that screw into the top of the window. Please see attached images. There is a right and a left.
Size:7/8" tall5/8" base width1" wings width9/16" depth
