I want to identify the exact type to replace , it says 31C on the old one

Hi there!

Your balance looks like a match for the Series 350 channel balance. Can you also tell us the length of the metal channel?

I measured the old metal and it was 32 inches . I bought the 31 c version of series 350 but that metal was 31 inches so it was shorter than the original one .

If the metal channel is 32", please see the S350-32. You may also need the 3130 stamp option, but it'd be best to weigh the window sash to confirm whether it falls within the 16 to 23-pound range.
