Window balance ... 34 inches

A quick learner from Basking Ridge, NJ says:

My window balance fell from the window pane and now needs to be replaced. The the spring is detached from the pulley as shown in the attached 3 pictures. I think that the maker of my window is "nami" as shown in the 4th picture (the window's label). Can you identify the balance so i can order its replacement?

As a follow-up, added pictures of numbers stamped on my balance and broken plastic fitting on end with pulley. The width of channel holding the spring is 9/16 in.

Hi. Will be ordering two balances and try the installation. Related to the job is one broken piece but not exactly the same as your top sash guide. See picture. Can you identify it and let me know if it's
only cosmetic? Thanks.

This does appear to be a top sash guide. The top sash guide serves the important function of containing your channel balance. Unfortunately I can not identify a replacement part without seeing a fully intact version. You can review the associated parts for some possible substitutes. Be sure to look over their dimensions and compare them to what you have.

Hi.
Attached are pictures of top sash guide. Please let me know if you can identify.

Take a look at our 18-157. This looks like a match to me!

A quick learner from Basking Ridge, NJ says:
Thanks. Just ordered the sash guides you identified. Had a test run with the new balances but found it difficult to get the window back in the frame. Keeping fingers crossed when i try intalling the window again with the new sashes.
A quick learner from Basking Ridge, NJ says:
Thanks for your help. After getting the parts you had recommend, i was able to successfully replace my broken window balancee and sash guides.
