Window balance

Hi,
I am rehabbing a home and need the balance for this sliding window. I can not find a brand or model number on this window any way you can help?

Yes, what you show is the 15-180 pivot shoe with a 15-186 coil balance spring clip! The broken coil spring will be our Series 190. When order a replacement spring, you will need the spring weight number on the old coil spring.
