Window balance

Question

The ones I need to replace are 3/8", 28" long spiral for tilt window with black tip. I only see green, red, and yellow tip listed.  Thanks

If you're not finding the same tip you need, weigh your window sash. There's a chart on the S900-28 webpage that shows which color to choose for which range of sash weights.
