Hi, I am looking for a replacement window balance. The metal spring is broken. The windows has a balance on each side. There is no manufacturer label visible. it only has on the upper plastic part an imprint 1:1. Let me know if you have an idea what part this might be. I have two windows that need to be fixed and I would like to order 2 more as backup.
