Measure the metal part which is 32 5/8" and the mark on the metal bar is 34 4 BS PB. So which one I should order and I need 2- one for the left and one for the right side of the window.

Hi Linda. I see you mentioned that you have a balance with a stamping of "34 4". Usually with that stamping, it indicates your balance is 35". So, I am a little confused with your 32-5/8" measurement you say your balance is. Could we please have you reconfirm that measurement. We'd also would be very interested in seeing some detailed photos of your entire balance removed from the window. Our balances are not labeled left and right because they are able to be used on both sides.

Thank you for your respond. I make a mistake on the stamp. It is 32 4 stamped it on the bar. I have order from your company last night for two balance. I hope I order the right items.

That sounds like a custom balance, actually. You should contact customer service to try to cancel your order, since I do not believe it will work in your window.
Are you sure the balance is precisely 32-5/8" long? We can custom make that balance for you, but we need to see photos of each attachment on the top and bottom. We also need to know the weight of the window sash that these balances hold up.
