Window balance

Attached are 3 pictures of the window balance. Would you please assist in providing some information which balance kit I need to order.

Hi, Eda. The pictures are a little tough to see, but I think I can still guide you through this. Does your balance have the same attachments as something like... S351-25 or S390-25? Just the plastic parts. The color is different, but look at the shape. I think it's the same.

Once you verify that the attachments are shaped the same, measure one of them, as shown below. Just the bottom one. If your bottom attachment is 1" across like in the photo, choose Series 351. Choose Series 390 if it's 1-1/8".

As for the length of the balance, the metal channel should measure 25", I believe. Check that before ordering one of the 25" balances I recommended, S351-25 or S390-25.

As for the "option" that is needed before you place an order, you can ignore the C that's printed on your balance. "2430" is the option you need on our site.
