Window balance

We can replace these balances, but they will need to be specially made. Before we can begin, I need to explain a bit about these balances. These are asymmetrical, meaning that the balance on the left will be different from the balance on the right. Both balances will have different stamps right off the bat. In addition to that, one balance will have both the top and bottom attachment, while the other  balance will have the top attachment but NO bottom attachment.

I need you to remove both balances from your window and tell me which is which. Tell me the stamps for each one, and then tell me which stamp has what attachments. Finally, tell me how many of each you need; I'm assuming you need four of each side, since you have four windows, but please confirm.
