Unable to locate a match for my window balance

A home owner from Birmingham al says:

There is no markings balance is 1/2in x 17in the problem I have is the flat side of balance I'm unable to locate a balance with the same end

This looks like an old Capitol balance to me. I think we can make this, but it will have to be a custom order since the configuration of nylon attachments isn't standard. We'd be using a 17" long metal channel with a 19-004 top and 15-031 bottom.

Does that look good to you? If so, we just need two more things. First, tell me what the stamp printed on your metal channel reads. Next, let me know how many you need.
