Help w/ Window Balance

May we see a photo of the other nylon attachment? We would need to see it in order to determine which replacement balance will work for you.

I'm afraid it's a bit difficult to make out the top attachment in this photo. Tell you what, take a look at the S370-29. Pay close attention its top attachment, the 19-004. Does this match your balance's top fitting? If consider, then you'll want to consider the S370-29 with a stamp option of 2810, for a window sash in the weight range of 7 through 12 lbs. If the top attachment doesn't look right, send us closer pictures of it, preferably an undamaged version, and we'll see if we can find a better match for you.
