Thanks for posting. See either our S380-25 or S385-25 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best. Once you know which balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. Now your stamp of 2428 is a little weird. Confirm that your window sash ways 21 lbs; it is good to be precise as possible. If so, you will want to select a stamp option of 2440, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 19 through 24 lbs. |
