Certainteed coil window balance

I believe the window was made by Certainteed. The coil is about 3/4 inch wide and it has #403 on it. I am looking for the whole unit. About 1 1/4" wide from the front view.

Thanks for posting! Can you please confirm the stamp on your coil balance? We do not have a #403.

For the pivot lock shoe, however, please look at our 15-192 and see if you think it might work.

I looked under a strong magnifying glass and it looks like the spring is # 408

Lokks good. The only number that doesnt match is on part #15-192. You show 1 3/8 and the one I have measures 1 1/4

Actually, we took out our 15-192 to check our own dimensions, and it turns out they measure 1-1/4" in overall width, as well! With that in mind, do you think it could work out?
