Pivot window. Shoe stays in channel. Looks like a loop with the pivot part in the middle. It catches on the recessed hole in balance

We'd like to see some photos of the shoe. I read you mentioned that it stays in the channel. If you can take a photo of it and show us that would be great. With that, I may be able to determine it from that photo if for any reason you can not remove it.

Also need tilt locks. If you do not have the window balance. What do you have that will work. I would need one pair of balances, plus 2 sets of locks
