This is for a customer, so I don't have photos of the internals. If necessary, I can get photos. These are windows in a home that is about 10 years old.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help you find the coil balances you need for this job but we will need to see the pivot shoe that these coils attach to removed from the window to determine the coils and associated hardware that you could use. Thank you!

Great. This looks like an older version of our 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with our Series 190 coil springs. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to the original hardware in the window. Thank you!
