Window balance

Question

Need help identifying these parts. The sticker on the window appears to be from the manufacturer. I was unable to decipher what the sticker meant other than glass. Any help would be appreciated. Also there seems to be no notch in the balance track to remove the shoe. Thanks in advance.

Your pivot shoe looks like a match for our 15-087, which is itself compatible with our Series 180 spring. Take a look and compare these parts, as well as the related items listed on our product pages, to your original hardware. Thank you!
