Window balance

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Please including the length and diameter of the balance tube. 

If you need new pivot shoes as well, we'll need to see one removed as well, along with the exact width and thickness. Thank you!
